1. All parts of the centrifugal fan in contact with gas in the explosion-proof centrifugal fan must be made of non-ferrous materials (aluminum impeller is common, which is not prone to sparks).
2. In order to prevent the friction between the centrifugal fan impeller and the air inlet to produce electric sparks and cause fires and other hazards. Explosion-proof centrifugal fans use throat explosion-proof, generally inlay an aluminum ring or copper ring at the air inlet of the fan (note that the choice of this material should be different from the material of the impeller, if the fan uses aluminum impeller, this item can be ignored).
3. The matching flange is based on the user's site to choose ordinary flange or stainless steel chemical flange.
4. Explosion-proof centrifugal fans and ordinary centrifugal fans use different motors. Explosion-proof centrifugal fans must use explosion-proof motors.
